Billing and plans

CalKeep subscriptions are sold through Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Your subscription appears on your Azure invoice, and you don't enter a credit card anywhere in CalKeep.

Plans and prices

These are the prices on the Marketplace listing, per user per month, billed monthly in US dollars.

PlanPriceIncludes
Free$01 user, 1 booking page, 1 event type. A 1.5% platform fee applies to paid bookings.
Pro$10Unlimited users, booking pages, and event types. Projects, processes, contact sharing, branding, and AI contact cleanup. No platform fee on paid bookings.
Business$24Everything in Pro, plus CRM and pipeline, reports, webhooks, API access, CSV exports, and your own AI provider credentials.
Enterprise$48Everything in Business, plus SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom session timeout, IP allowlist, configurable audit retention, and compliance exports.

Creating new API tokens is temporarily paused; see API tokens. For custom Enterprise terms, email sales@calkeep.com.

Inside CalKeep, Plan & Billing in the sidebar shows your workspace's current plan.

Who controls what

Two roles are involved, and the same person can hold both:

  • The Azure billing owner controls the Marketplace subscription: plan, seat quantity, and cancellation. These changes are made in Azure, not in CalKeep.
  • A CalKeep workspace admin controls setup inside CalKeep: team members, connected calendars, branding, and security settings.

Buy and activate

  1. Choose a plan on the Marketplace listing and complete the purchase in Azure.
  2. Follow Microsoft's prompt to configure your account. It opens CalKeep's activation page.
  3. Sign in and click Activate CalKeep.

Getting started walks through this and what to do next.

Seats

The number of people you can have in a workspace is the smaller of your plan's limit and the seat quantity you bought on Azure Marketplace. Free allows 1 user; Pro, Business, and Enterprise have no plan limit, so the Marketplace quantity is what applies.

When you reach that number, the invite form says so and links to your Marketplace subscription. Raising the quantity in Azure raises the number in CalKeep. It does not change your plan. See Team management.

Removing a teammate frees their seat. Reactivating someone takes a seat again, so there has to be one available.

Change your plan

In Azure, open your CalKeep subscription and change the plan or seat quantity. Microsoft tells CalKeep about the change and your workspace updates. Your data stays as it was.

If you move to a lower plan, features that plan does not include become unavailable, but the data behind them is kept.

Cancel, suspend, or reinstate

  • Canceled: your workspace reverts to the Free plan as soon as Microsoft tells CalKeep. All your data is kept. Paid features become unavailable until you subscribe again.
  • Suspended: if Azure suspends the subscription, your workspace also drops to Free features. Your data is kept.
  • Reinstated: when the subscription is reinstated in Azure, your plan comes back.

Questions about an invoice or a charge from Microsoft go to your Azure billing owner, who can raise them with Microsoft. To close an account or delete a workspace, see the FAQ.

Booking payments are separate

If you charge clients for bookings, that money goes through your own Stripe account and has nothing to do with your CalKeep subscription. See Paid bookings.
